Shift work sleep disorder is a condition where an individual experiences drowsiness during work periods, An individual may experience the following symptoms: excessive sleepiness when an individual needs to be alert or when waking up, in ability to sleep when the individual is supposed to sleep, this can be categorized by trouble in falling asleep or waking up before one gets enough sleep.
